Kieser Designs is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or lease your information to others. The types of information we may collect include your name, contact and billing information, transaction data and credit card information. We will use this information to help you complete your transaction and to effectively communicate with you. Your credit card number will be used only for payment processing and is not retained for other purposes.

Acknowledgement: All imprinting and embroidery orders are acknowledged by fax or e-mail only. Orders are non-cancelable once production has begun.

Shipping policy
We ship through the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or other.
We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.
Payment options
Kieser Designs accepts payment by check, money order, cashier's check, and credit card. We do not accept cash through the mail. All orders received with a check will be processed after the check has been verified by the bank. A charge of $35.00 will be levied for any returned checks. All orders paid by credit card will be processed when credit card approval has been made. We use PayPal and their secure gateway services.
